Age Limit; Candidates age should be below 40 years as on 06-05-2015. Age relaxation is applicable as per the govt. rules.

Selection Process; Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination.

Educational Qualification; Candidates should have passed B.Sc (Nursing) / Diploma in General Nursing and Midwife (GNM) course.

Examination Fee; Candidates have to pay Rs. 120/- for General candidates, Examination fee may be pay through post office. No. fee for SC / ST and other reserved category.

1. Before applying online candidates should scan their photograph and signature.
2. Log on to the website www.ojas.guj.nic.in.
3. Click on the link Apply online.
4. Fill the details in the application form and submit.
5. An unique application number will be generated, retain it for future use.
6. Upload scanned signature and photograph, click on the conform button.
7. Take print out of application form, retain it for future use
